The Ministry hopes that the annul report will clearly highlight the feats and efforts that the Ministry achieved during that year. The Ministry also hopes that it will exert further efforts to provide citizens with supreme services in the fields of manpower and employment. The Ministry extremely tends for recruiting Saudi citizens in terms of replacing expatriates with qualified and trained Saudi citizens. This is done in view of the state’s policy and leadership’s guidance that always stresses the importance of recruiting Saudis as a strategic national objective. In addition, the Ministry pays attention to meeting the needs of private sector institutions by providing them with Saudi workers so as to put in action the economic and social plans. To that end, coordination shall be maintained with training, public and high education bodies to satisfy the market needs of national workers and its needs of foreign workers when the national workers do not fill the gap.
