The ministry seeks to deal with the problem of unemployment with determination to end the problem by using methods based on a clear vision of the nature and dimensions of the problem.
It is time to dismiss the myth that Saudis do not accept manual occupations. There is ample evidence to demonstrate that Saudi young people have greater willingness to work in different fields and that they do not disdain manual occupations. As the Ministry supports this approach, it hopes that employers will provide employment opportunities to the Saudi youths who wish to work in such fields. It also hopes they will create appropriate conditions that will attract youths to get involved in the available manual occupations and encourage them to continue practicing them.
