His Excellency Vice - Minister of Labour Dr. Abdel Wahid bin Khalid Al
Humaid has issued a decision stopping a citizen from recruitment for
five years due to trafficking in visas.

The Ministry aims of this procedure to reduce the abuses and the
elimination of  trafficking in visas.
