- The generalized order no. 4/س/5601, dated 10/3/1399 of the Hegira, states that no complaints will be accepted unless the complainer’s full name, address, ID number and issuance entity are mentioned in such complaints.
- The Council of Ministers decision no. (94) dated 25/4/1406 of the Hegira guarantees that the presenters of the false accusations and barred actions will be referred to the concerned court in order to consider warning them.
